PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open for interested ELLEN and 2nd Avenue viewers.
2. Viewers have the option of joining via Web Uploads or Snail Mail.
3. Only viewers 18 years old and above can join the promo, (companion of the winner also has to be 18 years old and above).
4. From DECEMBER 14, 09 to JANUARY 31, 2010, viewers may join the promo by watching the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Monday to Friday from 8PM to 9PM on 2nd Avenue. The Dancing Ellen Icon containing the keyword of the week will appear randomly three (3) times during the show for 15-30 seconds per appearance during the promo period.
5. When the Dancing Ellen Icon appears on the screen:
   1. Viewers need to remember the keyword of the week that is on the Dancing Ellen Icon
   2. Viewers who choose to join via Website should log on to www.2ndavenue.com.ph and click the link that would lead them to the info sheet. Viewer should fill up blank fields (Keyword of the week, Name, Address, Age, Contact Numbers, Email Address, Keyword of the Week and upload the 1-minute video

   3. Viewers need to convince us through the video why they deserve to watch the Ellen Degeneres show Live in LA.
      1. Video should be a one minute in length.
      2. Videos must contain only original material.
      3. Videos must not contain 3rd party logos, trade-marks or other copyrighted material.
      4. Videos containing (potentially or actually) dangerous or harmful elements, any physical risk elements, any illegal, defamatory, obscene, derogatory content or are a parody should be disqualified.
      5. All videos submitted becomes the property of the promoter and each entrant, by submitting the entry, agrees to transfers and assign to promoter all right, title and interest in his/her video and to waive his/her moral rights in it for the benefit of promoter
      6. Promoter shall specify the criteria upon which the entries are judged (for example, originality or creativity or uniqueness, etc.).
   4. Viewers who choose to join trough snail mail may send us a CD copy of the 1-minute video should send us their entries at 11/F Solar Century Tower, Tordesillas St. Salcedo Village Makati,
      1. Viewers should address it as ELLEN PROMO
      2. Inside must contain the CD copy
      3. information about the sender and Key word of the week: Name, Address, Age, Mobile number, and Email Address
6. Grand Draw for Catch the Dancing Ellen Live Promo Year 3 will be on the last week of January
7. Requirements to validate/qualify entries:
   • Raffle entries must contain complete details to qualify for weekly and grand draw.
   • He/she must be present in 2nd Avenue’s system
   • He/she must have at least one correct answer every day to qualify the weekly draw.
8. Winners:
   1. We will draw 4 weekly winners of minor prizes from Ellen / per week
      1. Total of 20
   2. 2 Grand prize winners of
      1. An all Expenses paid trip to LA
      2. 2 tickets to watch Ellen Degeneres Show Taping
         1. Schedule c/o Warner

REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
   • A valid ID with picture and address; Valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Company ID with picture, PRC card or Driver’s License.
2. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize.
3. The winner of the grand prize is required to have a US Visa along with his/her companion. Solar Entertainment will not be responsible in securing the US Visa of the grand prize winners. In the event that the grand prize winners cannot secure a US Visa, the grand prize is none transferable and not convertible to cash from the date of determination.
4. The prize can be claimed at the Solar entertainment Office in Century Tower, Dela Costa St. corner Tordesillas St, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines. For provincial winners, Solar Entertainment shall contact the winner and arrange for claiming the prize.
